Frequently asked questions
How does the Business batch allowance work?
Business includes 2,500 successful batch conversions per month, shared across your organization. Only records that convert successfully count; failed rows, retries and re-runs of the same list do not. Usage resets on your billing date and is shown on the batch page.
What happens if I go over the batch allowance?
Occasional overages are covered by batch packs: 2,500 extra records for $100, up to 2 packs per month. If you regularly process more than that, Enterprise is the right fit and we will reach out before anything is blocked.
What counts as a parcel report on the Agriculture and Energy add-ons?
One report is one parcel's Agriculture, Energy or Combined intelligence in a billing period. Reloading a report you already generated, browsing the map, and retries never count again. Each add-on includes 100 reports per month; higher-volume enrichment belongs on Enterprise.
Can I use Township Canada inside a product I sell?
Self-service plans cover internal professional use and application development. Resale, white-label, embedded products and high-volume automated processing require an Enterprise agreement. Talk to us and we will scope it.
What is your refund policy?
All plans include a 30-day money back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days for a full refund. Cancel anytime from your account; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades apply at your next renewal.
